- Re-opening update…
Following the prime ministers announcement last night regarding the country going into the second phase of the reopening and schools and early years settings now being able to open from Monday 1st June, we have taken into consideration all of your views and decided to reopen the nursery from the week commencing 15th June. This gives a few more weeks for things to ease and settle and for us to ensure we have everything in place to safely welcome the children back!
Please can parents inform us of the days and hours they would like once we reopen (even if they are the same as before).
- Dates for your diary and reminders…
- 1st June: Dinosaur Day!
- 13th June: The Queens (official) Birthday
- 15th June: Nursery Re-opens
- 18th June: Children’s Welcome back Outdoor Picnic
- 22nd June: International Mud Day
- Please provide a bag with spare clothes, sun cream and a sunhat in for your child to keep at nursery for the time being
- Nursery Website…
We are currently in the process of having a website made for the nursery and would be very grateful if you would like to provide a testimonial/review of yours and your child’s experience of the nursery that we can post onto the website!
- Welcome back outdoor picnic…
As the children have been away for so long, we would like to invite them all to a welcome back outdoor picnic on Thursday 18th June from 11am-1pm. If this is not your child’s normal day, please do not worry they are still welcome to attend for those 2 hours. We will have a range of activities for the children to take part in within the 4 outdoor areas to spread out and then we will have a small picnic with sandwiches and treats.
Please let us know if your child will be attending our picnic!
(We will ensure strict hygiene measures are in place and all guidance is followed throughout the picnic)
