We have a small team of highly qualified, dedicated and professional nursery staff including a manager and deputy all with years of experience and skills within nursery environments.
Our skills range from special educational needs and disabilities, leadership and management, safeguarding to Makaton.
All our team have the relevant training including safeguarding and first aid and we are continually updating our knowledge through research and training.
My child joined Willow Tree during lockdown and despite Covid safety, the nursery has impressed me at how they have made sensible decisions to maintain safety without restricting opportunities for the children. My child’s bubble hasn’t closed since we joined 5 months ago. My daughter is very happy there and the staff are very friendly and caring. Feedback from the nursery through the app and email is great and they regularly welcome feedback.
